Siv-Huor is a French Avocat and is admitted to the Paris Bar since 2006. She started her career in an IP boutique law firm where she mainly dealt with patent litigation (Duclos Thorne Mollet-Viéville). Before joining Yungo, she was an IP senior associate at Taylor Wessing in Paris.
Siv-Huor has extensive experience in the field of intellectual property. She assists her clients in establishing international strategies for the protection of their assets through intellectual property rights. She also represents her clients in defending their intellectual property rights before national and European Courts as well as Trademark offices; opposition, cancellation and revocation actions, infringement seizures and counterfeit judicial proceedings are some of the procedures Siv-Hour may assist clients with. She is competent to enforce judicial decisions as well as arbitral awards.
Siv-Huor holds a Maîtrise/Master degree in International Business Law from the Panthéon-Sorbonne University and an L.L.M. in Competition and Intellectual Property Law from the Cologne University.
She teaches (in English) International Business and Intellectual Property Law at the Clermont-Ferrand Business School.
